First building acquired in Tavares, Florida

After an in-depth market study, this city in the center of the state was chosen as a strategic investment point, noted for its privileged location and for being an area in constant residential and commercial growth.

2016

First building sold under the Condo Storage model

For the first time in U.S. history, a self-storage building became a condominium, marking BAS STORAGE's unique and distinctive feature in the industry. This was the kickoff of the "invention" of a model that did not exist.

500 units sold

The milestone of the first 500 units sold was reached, consolidating confidence in the product and demonstrating its security as a leading investment in commercial real estate.

Eikon Awards

BAS STORAGE was awarded for its communication strategy in Argentina. The jury highlighted the storytelling of the campaign, which focused on the self-storage business and how it approached investors in Latin America.
